The Giraffe Centre is open year-round, but the dry seasons offer the most comfortable weather for outdoor interaction.

The center is located approximately 20 kilometers from the Nairobi city center. It is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Visitors are encouraged to purchase tickets online or via mobile payment methods as cash is often not accepted at the gate.
