Encounter Mara Camp
A boutique ten-tent camp secluded in the acacia forest of the private Mara Naboisho Conservancy, adjacent to the Masai Mara National Reserve.
Settle into Encounter Mara Camp
Encounter Mara Camp is a boutique safari camp set in a secluded acacia forest within the private Mara Naboisho Conservancy in southwest Kenya, next to the famous Masai Mara National Reserve. The conservancy holds one of the world's highest concentrations of lion and offers superb year-round viewing of zebra, giraffe, elephant and buffalo, even during the peak Great Migration months in the neighbouring reserve. Ten spacious classic safari tents with en-suite bathrooms and plumbed hot-water showers sit among the trees, each with a daybed veranda overlooking the plains. The camp is designed for maximum sustainability, including a syntropic garden growing fresh produce, and combines exceptional hospitality, guiding and hosting with a light environmental footprint.
