Tucked away in Nairobi's leafy Lang'ata suburb and bordering the Giraffe Sanctuary Forest, Hemingways Eden Residence is a soulful retreat where creativity and calm meet. Originally built in 1992 by artist and filmmaker Tonio Trzebinski and fashion designer Anna Trzebinski as their family home, the residence has evolved into a boutique hotel and private gallery, now part of the Hemingways Collection. With just nine individually designed rooms spread across the Main House, Studio Lofts and a secluded cottage, Eden blends the intimacy of a private home with the elegance of a curated stay. At its heart is the Artisanal Gallery, a celebration of contemporary African art, design and fashion, while days unfold with forest walks, curated experiences and candlelit dining on the veranda.
