Charlie, Ugalla
A pioneering, exclusive-use walking camp of up to 4 A-frame tents that sets up in Tanzania's newest and least-visited national park, Ugalla, from mid-July to mid-October.
Settle into Charlie, Ugalla
Charlie, Ugalla is Nomad Tanzania's Expeditionary Walking Camp in Ugalla National Park, one of Tanzania's newest and least-visited parks -- a raw landscape of floodplains, palm forests and shifting river channels. The small, light-footed camp of up to 4 A-frame tents sits by the Ugalla River and is designed to follow conditions, moving as needed to explore this largely unmapped wilderness on foot. It is exclusive-use for one group of 2-6 guests, with 2 shared bush bathrooms and a minimum guest age of 16, open mid-July to mid-October.
