Entamanu Ngorongoro
Sustainably built cottage camp on the wild north-west rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, in Maasai territory, with panoramic views into the Crater and back over the Serengeti plains.
Settle into Entamanu Ngorongoro
Entamanu Ngorongoro sits off the beaten track on the north-west edge of the Ngorongoro Crater rim, reached by one of Tanzania's most dramatic private drives through Maasai territory. Named from the Maa word for 'circle', the camp was built to leave minimal impact on this ancient landscape and comprises 7 cottages (including 3 two-bedroom cottages), all en-suite with flush loos, indoor heating and verandas looking into the Crater. A smaller adjoining lodge, Entamanu Private, shares the same rim-edge site for exclusive-use private groups. The camp is open year-round.
