The stay

Settle into Kigelia

Kigelia is Nomad Tanzania's classic bush camp in Ruaha National Park, sited in a grove of kigelia (sausage) trees on the banks of the Ifuguru River in one of the park's most game-dense areas. The camp comprises six ensuite safari tents, each with its own private star bed, plus one large family safari tent, all with bucket showers, flush loos and charging points. Elephant visitors are common in and around camp. Open June to March, with a minimum guest age of 8.
