Laba Grumeti Art Lodge
A fortress-like art lodge perched on a hilltop in the western Serengeti, designed around sweeping views of the Grumeti ecosystem and a collection of African art.
Settle into Laba Grumeti Art Lodge
Laba Grumeti Art Lodge stands atop a hill in the western Serengeti, built like a stone fortress with monumental carved doors and tented interiors that preserve the spirit of traditional safaris. Founders Xavier and Julie discovered the site for its breathtaking views and distance from other lodges, and designed the property around a strong architectural identity combined with a curated collection of African art displayed throughout the lodge. Guests are collected from Grumeti Airstrip, roughly a 30-40 minute game drive away, for a stay overlooking the rolling plains of the Grumeti ecosystem.
