Mutara Camp is a luxurious, eco-friendly tented camp set high on a clifftop in the 20,000-acre Mutara Conservancy, north of the Aberdare Forest and just west of Mount Kenya near Nanyuki. As the only accommodation within the conservancy, the camp offers a peaceful, exclusive glamping experience with panoramic views of the surrounding wilderness. Its fifteen tailor-made canvas tents combine world-class furnishings with en-suite bathrooms, and several feature outdoor bathtubs while one offers an outdoor jacuzzi. Guests enjoy guided nature walks, game drives, a rhino sanctuary visit and cultural experiences, along with bush breakfasts, bush dinners and sundowners at the dam, and meals made from fresh local produce.
