Ubuntu Migration Camp
An eco-friendly, dismantlable mobile tented camp that follows the Great Migration between the Lamai Wedge in the northern Serengeti and Kusini in the southern Serengeti.
Settle into Ubuntu Migration Camp
Ubuntu Migration Camp is a traditionally designed, eco-friendly tented camp that can be disassembled in just a couple of days and relocated to follow the wildlife action. From June to mid-November it sits in the Lamai Wedge in the northern Serengeti, offering walking safaris with few neighbouring camps and vehicles, close to dramatic river crossings. From mid-December to mid-March it moves to Kusini in the southern Serengeti, positioned on a hillside overlooking the wildebeest-filled plains for wider access to the migrating herds and excellent big-cat viewing. The camp closes mid-March to May and mid-November to mid-December during the transition periods, and welcomes children aged five and older.
